This page provides a variety of free, downloadable documents containing information for adults about work-related issues, adult education and living with APD. There are also documents written for all ages and some written for children which are also applicable to adults. Links to my support groups are on the Online Support page of this website.

Please share this information, this website, and links to support groups to help spread awareness of APD in the UK and elsewhere.
